Returns
No problem! If you are not satisfied with a product within 14 days of purchase, or the item arrives damaged, it is possible to exchange or return it. The product must then meet certain conditions, depending on the reason for return. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order by us. Of course we are happy to help you and we are committed to good quality and solid customer service.
Is the product broken or damaged?

Let us know within 48 hours (info@hedgehogprogram.com) with an accompanying letter and photos of the damage(s).

Return the item within 14 days of receipt (The Hedgehog Program, Baarlelaan 23, 7906GB Hoogeveen, The Netherlands). Send the product as neatly as possible, in the original packaging with all accompanying accessories.
